Our rich velvety dark chocolate topped with crystallised stem ginger. Made with sustainably sourced cocoa from the Ivory Coast and produced for us by Kernow Chocolate in Cornwall.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate (90%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA LECITHIN), natural vanilla flavour), crystallised stem ginger (10%) (ginger, sugar). Cocoa solids 55% minimum.
