Our bar of rich creamy white chocolate with meringue pieces and infused with natural lemon oil. Made with sustainably sourced cocoa from the Ivory Coast and produced for us by Kernow Chocolate in Cornwall.
Ingredients: White Chocolate (94%) (sugar, cocoa butter, WHOLE MILK POWDER, emulsifier (SOYA LECITHIN), natural vanilla flavouring), meringue pieces (5%) (sugar, fractioned and refined fat coating (palm RSPO-MB), WHEAT STARCH, EGG ALBUMEN POWDER), natural lemon oil 1%. Cocoa solids 29% minimum. Milk solids 23% minimum.
