Thunder and Lightning Fudge (200g)

Description

Thunder and Lightning Splits, are a traditional Westcountry dessert, a bread bun is “split” and then filled with lashings of Clotted Cream and Golden Syrup.

This is our take on it. A layer of creamy fudge on top of a layer of Golden Syrup fudge.

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Sweetened Condensed MILK, Vegetable Fat, Butter (MILK), Golden Syrup, Vanilla Flavour
