Our rich velvety dark chocolate topped with crystallised stem ginger and infused with natural lime oil. Made with sustainably sourced cocoa from the Ivory Coast and produced for us by Kernow Chocolate in Cornwall.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate (89%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA LECITHIN), natural vanilla flavour), crystallised stem ginger (10%) (ginger, sugar), natural lime oil (1%). Cocoa solids 55% minimum.
